Before you book
Hair preparation
Arrive with your hair freshly detangled and free from any products. Ensure your shortest hair is at least 5cm long.
Cancellations & delay policy
Reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice will incur a fee added to your next visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an extra charge.
Braiding hair
For cornrows, you can find braiding hair at AFRO-SHOP Sow or Forester Beauty.
Note: No extra hair can be added to braids, twists, or dread styles.
Payment in cash
Confirm the pricing for your chosen style in advance and bring sufficient cash for payment.
